Objectives of the course

The objective of the animation certificate courses is to prepare students for the field of animation and visual arts and equip them with all the necessary tools that this field requires. Hollywood is a booming industry with various job openings in the full length animation movies, television, advertising, web series etc. A full-length animation requires almost 500 animators to work on it. Apart from films and television the services of 2D animators are required in other fields like business, marketing, advertisement, engineering and education, fashion designing, interior designing, and even medical, legal and insurance sectors require animations for their presentations and models. This program focuses more on creating computer graphic artists who can perform at any level and are capable of even creating content on their own.

Program Overview

The aim of this program is to make the students self-reliant and equip them with the artistic approach, technical knowledge, mastering of the tools as well as the concepts of animation so they can make a mark in the global world of animation. Our programme starts with art and design, Pencil &paper which is a student’s canvas to produce frames that define a sequence which is then moved at different speeds that create an illusion of movement. Then we introduce various software & techniques to master the skills of animation.After completion of the course student can work as a 2D animator with AD agencies, film studios and many other sectors as mentioned above or work as a freelancer.
